Jiah Khan case: Suraj Pancholi has been granted bail for Rs. 50,000

After being in police custody for three weeks in the  suicide case, Suraj Pancholi was released from the prison today after the Bombay High Court granted him bail.
Suraj Pancholi walked out of the Arthur Road Jail in central Mumbai at around 5 in the evening. His family members busy completing the bail-related formalities since yesterday.
The High Court admitted that the 22-year-old young lad cannot be held solely responsible for the mpulsive act of his then girlfriend,o doubt it was unfortunate that a young girl has committed suicide. She ia must have been impulsive and heurajt be held solely responsible for it,” Justice Sadhna Jadhav had observed.
Suraj was arrested on June 10th on charges of abetting suicide and was granted bail on a surety of Rs. 50,000 and the court also ordered him to surrender his passport and appear before the Juhu police every alternate dayo.
